Quantix Selling process is divided into 3 main phases Quantization, Free Market, and NFT purchase.
The Shares are not created from zero but minted depositing liquidity, so the more shares are minted the more the NFT value
The number of Shares an NFT is divided into is not fixed but is dynamic over the full selling cycle
Shares Minted during Quantization Phase are used to pay the Seller. They give ownership rights and governance rights but they can be sold only to another interested buyer (peer 2 peer).
Shares Minted during Free market are used for the Price discovery of the NFT. They give ownership rights and can be sold immediately to get back liquidity.
Price of Shares and NFT is linked, the more shares are minted the more new Shares cost and the more the NFT cost
