If you buy an NFT on OpenSea and it doesn't appear on Quantix, it could be because of a delay in the blockchain synchronization or an issue with the import process, or because you are trying to import multiple copies of the same ERC-1155. ERC-1155 smart contracts can support an unlimited number of tokens, while ERC-721 tokens require a new contract for each unique token. ERC-1155 tokens can be minted with a supply greater than 1, whereas each ERC-721 token represents a unique asset. Quantix currently has a limitation that only allows the user to sell only one of the ERC-1155 copies at a time. To resolve this issue, users should ensure that they purchase an ERC-721 token instead. Discord roles are added automatically, but sometimes it may take some time. If you are missing the Level 2 (Tester)

Please note that in certain conditions the Twitter follows validation process may take up to 20 minutes to complete due to Twitter API. If you are experiencing any issues, we kindly ask that you wait for a few minutes as 99% of issues are resolved within that time. We are working to improve this process. If you continue to experience issues after 20 minutes, please open a ticket in Discord and provide your wallet information.

Please note that in the enrollment process, you cant use a discord username that is already been whitelisted with another wallet.

The control of the discord username is performed at the end of the enrollment form so even if the step “discord” is marked as done if you are using a username that has already been whitelisted you will receive an error at the final step.
