When a backer has purchased shares in Quantization Phase he can wait for Quantization Phase to end, or he can instantly sell them back to access liquidity.

How do sell shares before Quantization Phase ends work?

The Backers simply resell the shares and get back wETH. The price of the shares doesn't change during the Quantization Phase so he sells back with the same condition.

N.B. a Backer can freely instantly sell back the shares only before the Quantization Phase is over, during Free Market, he can sell his shares only via Peer to Peer.

Yes, there are 2,5% fees on the amount sold.

Who can benefit from selling shares in the Quantization phase?

A Backer that has participated in a Quantization Phase that doesn't ends, either because it doesn't reach 100% or because the Seller doesn't end it (Cancel or Terminate). A Backer that has changed his mind and wants to cancel his participation in a Quantization Phase.
